5. Buy-Back Program
Our buy-back program purchases used IBC totes subject to inspection and condition assessment. Buy-back pricing is determined based on container condition, quantity, location, and current market rates. We reserve the right to reject containers that do not meet our minimum standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kansas IBC Cycling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
7. Product Warranty
Used IBC totes are sold "as-is" based on their assessed grade. Reconditioned IBC totes carry a limited warranty covering structural integrity and leak-free performance for 30 days from delivery. New IBC totes carry the manufacturer's standard warranty. All warranties are void if the container is used in a manner inconsistent with its rated specifications.
8. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for determining the suitability of IBC totes for their intended application. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations regarding the storage and transport of their specific materials.
