Our Services

Every IBC Need, One Partner

Whether you have 1 tote or 1,000, our service network scales to meet your operation. All services are available as standalone or bundled packages.

Lifecycle Management

End-to-End IBC Lifecycle Management

Most IBC service companies handle one or two parts of the container lifecycle. We manage all of it — from sourcing and inspection through active service, cleaning, and final recycling disposal.

A

Stage 1 — Acquisition & Inspection

Every tote entering service is inspected against our 12-point checklist and pressure-tested to 0.5 bar. Whether you are buying from us or bringing us your own fleet, no container goes into service without a documented pass. UN/DOT compliance is verified at this stage.

B

Stage 2 — Active Service & Transportation

During active service, our transportation fleet moves containers where they need to go across the Midwest. Scheduled route stops, full truckload movements, and on-demand pickups keep your supply chain moving. We handle the logistics so you focus on your core operation.

C

Stage 3 — Cleaning & Reconditioning

After each use cycle, totes enter our 8-stage cleaning process. Food-grade, pharmaceutical, and industrial protocols restore containers to specification. Every cleaned tote is QC-tested and certified before being returned to service or sold. Turnaround in 24–72 hours for most protocols.

D

Stage 4 — Buyback or End-of-Life Recycling

When a tote reaches the end of its service life, you have two options: sell it through our buy-back program for immediate cash, or direct it to our zero-landfill recycling process. Either way, you receive payment or a recycling manifest — not a disposal bill. Nothing goes to landfill.

Why Single-Source Lifecycle Management Matters

  • One vendor to contact, one invoice to process, one point of accountability for every container in your fleet.
  • Chain-of-custody records span the full container lifecycle — not just individual transactions — simplifying regulatory audits.
  • Volume bundling across services creates cost efficiencies unavailable when sourcing each service separately.
  • A single partner who understands your specific container history, previous contents, and compliance requirements avoids miscommunication at each handoff.
  • Annual ESG and sustainability reporting is simplified when one vendor tracks all container material flows in one documented system.

Industries We Serve

Trusted Across Sectors That Depend on Reliable Bulk Containers

IBC totes are mission-critical equipment for a wide range of industries. Contamination, structural failure, or non-compliant containers create real operational and regulatory risk. Our services keep your supply chain moving safely and sustainably.

Food & Beverage Specifics

Food processors and beverage manufacturers require FDA-compliant cleaning documentation, food-grade material certification, and containers that meet 21 CFR Part 117 standards. Our cleaning protocols are designed specifically for this requirement. We regularly service companies handling syrups, edible oils, concentrates, dairy products, vinegar, and food additives.

Agricultural Chemical Requirements

Ag chemical containers require FIFRA-compliant triple-rinse or pressure-rinse empty container procedures before reconditioning. We issue EPA-compliant empty container statements and handle the full range of fertilizer, herbicide, insecticide, fungicide, and adjuvant containers common across Midwest farming operations.

Chemical & Industrial Handling

Industrial chemical companies often deal with containers across a wide range of substance classes — from mild surfactants to reactive solvents. Our library of 200+ substance-specific cleaning protocols and our RCRA-compliant hazmat handling procedures mean we can service nearly any industrial container regardless of previous contents.

Pharmaceutical & Biotech

Pharmaceutical applications require the most rigorous documentation: full batch records, USP-grade rinse water, ATP bioluminescence swab testing, and GMP-formatted audit trails. Our pharmaceutical-grade cleaning protocol meets these requirements. We have experience with API ingredient containers, excipient totes, and process fluid IBCs.

Emergency Services

Emergency & Rush Services

Container emergencies don't follow business hours. A spill event, a regulatory inspection deadline, an urgent plant decommissioning, or a customer who needs containers delivered by tomorrow — we handle these situations regularly.

Our emergency response capability covers same-day pickup dispatch, rush cleaning processing, expedited inspection with same-day report delivery, and priority transport scheduling. Rush services are subject to a fee and availability confirmation — call us directly rather than submitting an online form for time-sensitive situations.

For spill events involving hazardous materials, we coordinate with licensed environmental response contractors and can facilitate container removal, documentation, and proper disposal under RCRA emergency provisions. Contact us immediately — we will advise on the right response pathway.

Same-Day Pickup Dispatch

For facilities within our Zone 1 service area, same-day truck dispatch is possible for requests confirmed before 10am CT. Subject to fleet availability.

Rush Cleaning — 24-Hour Turnaround

Priority queue access for cleaning orders that cannot wait for standard 48–72 hour turnaround. Rush fee applies. Call to confirm current capacity.

Expedited Inspection Reports

Same-day inspection report delivery (vs. standard 24-hour) for pre-purchase decisions, regulatory deadlines, or carrier compliance requirements.

Emergency Container Removal

Fast removal of containers from spill events, plant closures, or facility decommissioning. We coordinate documentation and disposal under applicable emergency provisions.

Emergency? Call Direct.

For time-sensitive situations, call our Kansas City facility directly. Do not use the online form — it adds delay. Our office is at 965 N Walrond Ave, Kansas City, MO 64120.

Case Study

How a Regional Food Manufacturer Saved $40,000 Annually

The Situation

A Kansas City-area food ingredient manufacturer was spending over $60 per tote on third-party cleaning, using a different transportation vendor for pickup and delivery, and had no consistent inspection process before putting reconditioned containers back into service. Their container fleet of 300 active totes was generating $18,000/year in disposal and transportation overlap costs alone.

What We Did

We consolidated all services under a single Standard package agreement. Our team established a bi-weekly pickup route from their facility, bringing dirty totes to our Kansas City cleaning center and returning cleaned, inspected, and certified containers on the same route. Totes approaching end-of-life were diverted to our buy-back program instead of being disposed of at cost.

The Results

  • Cleaning cost reduced from $60/tote to $38/tote through volume consolidation
  • Transportation cost reduced by 34% by combining pickup/delivery on same route
  • $8,400 recovered annually from buy-back of end-of-life containers previously disposed of at cost
  • Zero container-related compliance events in the first year of the program
  • Full recycling manifests provided for ESG reporting — a first for their sustainability program

FAQ

Common Questions About Our Services

Can I use multiple services on the same order?

Yes. Our most common bundled orders combine buyback or cleaning with transportation and inspection. We coordinate all services under a single order number, issue unified documentation, and charge one consolidated invoice. Bundled orders qualify for volume discounts.

What is the minimum quantity for any service?

The minimum for scheduled pickup is 5 IBC totes. For drop-off at our Kansas City facility, there is no minimum for any service. Inspection and cleaning can be performed on individual containers. Contact us if you have an unusual quantity situation — we work with customers of all sizes.

Do you serve businesses outside Kansas and Missouri?

Yes. Our primary service zone covers Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Iowa. Our extended zone covers Oklahoma, Arkansas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Illinois. We also handle project-based transport and service for Texas, Colorado, Indiana, Tennessee, and other states on a quote basis.

How quickly can you respond to an emergency container situation?

Our emergency line is monitored during business hours for same-day response. For spill events, regulatory deadlines, or urgent decommissioning, we can often dispatch same-day or next-day. Call our Kansas City office directly rather than submitting an online form for emergency situations.

Do you issue documentation I can use for ESG or sustainability reporting?

Yes. Clients who use our recycling service receive recycling manifests showing container count, materials diverted by type, and estimated CO₂ equivalent savings. Premium contract clients receive an annual summary formatted to align with common ESG reporting frameworks.

Are your cleaning and inspection services available on-site at my facility?

Inspection services are available on-site for fleet inspections and large-lot pre-purchase assessments. Cleaning is performed at our Kansas City facility due to the specialized wash bay equipment required. We provide transportation to and from your facility as part of a combined service package.

What types of IBC totes do you service — only plastic/steel composites?

We primarily service composite IBC totes (HDPE bottle in steel cage, types UN 31H and 31HA). We also handle stainless steel IBCs, folding IBCs, and rigid intermediate bulk containers on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your specific container type for confirmation.

How do you handle IBC totes that previously held hazardous materials?

Hazmat-designated containers require additional documentation and handling. We request an MSDS or SDS for unknown contents, segregate hazmat containers during intake, and follow RCRA-compliant procedures throughout. Some materials require pre-treatment by a licensed facility before we can accept them — we advise on this during the quote process.

Not Sure Which Service You Need?

Our team will assess your situation and recommend the most cost-effective solution. Most inquiries receive a response within 2 business hours.
