Driving Directions

I-70

From the East or West (I-70)

Take I-70 to the Van Horn Road / Hardesty Ave exit (Exit 6) in Kansas City. Head north on Hardesty Ave approximately 0.8 miles, then turn right on Independence Ave. Continue east on Independence Ave about 0.5 miles, then turn left onto N Walrond Ave. Our facility is on the right at 965 N Walrond Ave. I-70 connects directly from St. Louis to the east and Denver/Topeka to the west.

I-35

From the North or South (I-35)

Take I-35 to I-70 East (Exit 2B) toward St. Louis. Immediately take the Van Horn Road / Hardesty Ave exit and follow the I-70 directions above. I-35 is the primary corridor from Des Moines and Minneapolis to the north, and from Wichita and Oklahoma City to the south.

I-29

From the Northwest (I-29)

Take I-29 South into Kansas City. Merge onto I-35 South, then immediately take the I-70 East exit toward St. Louis. Take the Hardesty Ave exit and follow signs as described above. I-29 connects from Omaha, Sioux City, and points north along the Missouri River corridor.

I-49

From the South (I-49 / US-71)

Take I-49 North (formerly US-71) into Kansas City. Follow signs to I-70 East. Take the Hardesty Ave / Van Horn Road exit and proceed as described in the I-70 directions. I-49 is the main corridor from Joplin, Springfield, and the Arkansas border.

Walk-ins during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM CT) are generally fine but may involve a short wait.

Do you offer on-site inspections or site visits?

For large-volume accounts, yes — we can arrange a site visit to assess your current IBC tote stock, evaluate recycling candidates, or discuss logistics for ongoing supply. Yes, for orders of 20 or more units we can ship to anywhere in the continental United States via LTL or FTL freight carriers. Our direct fleet covers the Midwest (roughly within 500 miles of Kansas City). For locations outside that range, we coordinate third-party freight and include the cost in your quote. What's the minimum order quantity?

There is no strict minimum. We sell individual units and small lots just as readily as large bulk orders. However, delivery economics improve significantly at higher quantities — for very small orders (1–3 units) in the Kansas City metro area, pickup at our facility is usually the most cost-effective option. We'll always recommend the most practical arrangement for your situation.

How do I get a quote for selling my used totes?

Do you handle hazardous material totes?

It depends on the specific material. We accept and recycle a wide range of totes that previously contained industrial chemicals, cleaning agents, agricultural chemicals, and similar materials. However, certain highly hazardous substances require special handling that may be outside our scope. Always disclose previous contents upfront — this is required and affects both pricing and logistics. We'll tell you immediately if we can't handle a particular material type.

Can you accommodate Saturday or after-hours pickups or deliveries?

Saturday operations are by appointment only and must be arranged in advance during the week. We do not typically operate on Sundays. For accounts with recurring volume, we can work Saturday deliveries or pickups into a scheduled arrangement. Contact us during regular business hours to discuss your scheduling needs.

How long does it take to receive my order after placing it?
